Are Norris franchises available?
Absolutely! We are always happy to discuss new sites with prospective franchisees. There will also be opportunities to take over existing franchises.
Who is the ideal Norris franchise owner?

However, anybody eager for a good return on Investment is welcome to express interest, given an appropriate commitment and willingness to embrace Norris’s values.
Are there ongoing franchise fees?
Yes: 5% of your weekly net sales. These fees cover far more than the chance to be a part of the Norris community. They also entitle you to:
- Access to our industry-leading research of new products.
- Supplier distribution contracts.
- Management assistance
- Staff training
- Standardised branding accounting and reporting.
As this fee is a percentage of your turnover, you will never be overcharged. In fact, we only benefit if you do.
There is also an additional marketing fee – 1% of your monthly net sales – which is pooled to ensure equal marketing benefits for all franchisees.
How big an investment is a Norris franchise?
The general estimate for opening a Norris store will range from $350,000 to $450,000, depending on location, size and style, this figure accounts for necessary cash-flow and growth investment.
What Return on Investment should I expect?
While a strong ROI is the biggest attraction of owning a Norris franchise – and plenty of franchisees enjoy success in this area – we cannot guarantee any concrete figure. The store’s growth and profitability are in your hands!
How long will my franchise agreement last?
The term of the initial franchise agreement is five years with an option period of a further five years.
