When will my order be sent?

Orders placed, leading to the Christmas period, generally sent out within 1-3 business days, might be pushed back to 2-4 business days.

In the case of out of stock items you will be notified if the order despatch will be held up. If we believe the out of stock item will be arriving in our warehouse in the next 24-48 hrs we may hold the order and despatch as soon as the product is available.

If an out of stock item is going to be delayed we will notify you with options of an alternative product or refund or simply waiting for the product to arrive in our warehouse.

When do I need to place an order if I need it before Christmas?

We recommend that you place your order as early as possible, and by the cut-off dates below, if you want it there in time for Christmas Day.

Cut-off dates:
- Within Australia (except WA and NT): 19 December 2023
- For WA and NT : For more detailed state lane breakdowns (including Perth and Darwin), please visit the Australia Post and StarTrack websites.

Delivery times may vary during the Christmas period. Norris will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from the late delivery.


Free in-store pick-up is available from Norris Underwood and Norris Capalaba only. We will contact you when the order is ready to pick-up, usually within 24 hours (subject to product availability). No disruption should be occurring during the Christmas period.
