Free standard delivery on all Australian orders over $150 (excludes furniture)
$14.95 standard delivery for all other Australian orders.

Norris delivers within Australia only.

When will my order be sent?
Orders placed will generally be sent out within 1-3 business days. In the case of out of stock items you will be notified if the order despatch will be held up. If we believe the out of stock item will be arriving in our warehouse in the next 24-48 hrs we may hold the order and despatch as soon as the product is available.  If an out of stock item is going to be delayed we will notify you with options of an alternative product or refund or simply waiting for the product to arrive in our warehouse.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending however, if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please email within 2 days of receiving your purchase with your order #, a description and clear photo of the fault or incorrect item/s so that we can sort this out for you ASAP!

Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available.
