    Free standard delivery on all Australian orders over $99 (excludes furniture) $9.95 standard delivery for all other Australian orders.
  • WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
    We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending however, if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please email sales@mynorris.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase with your order #, a description and clear photo of the fault or incorrect item/s so that we can sort this out for you ASAP! Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available.
